Cedars School curriculum is constantly evolving as we strive to ensure it caters for a wide range of abilities, needs and ages.
Our six pillars of the curriculum offer a holistic and person-centred approach, enabling each child to build upon their interests, strengths, skills and talents.
We believe that each Class Teacher, with support from highly effective Teaching Teams, Trust Development Team Leads and multi-agency professionals, are best placed to design an individual curriculum to suit either individual pupils or groups of pupils within their class.
The most effective and powerful curriculum is flexible, allows for responsiveness and continually changes through evaluation. It is also adjusted to reflect new insights and learning from all our teaching staff.
